How many sessions are including in your coaching program?

Our standard coaching program is 90 days (8 sessions in 13 weeks), but a program can be catered to your needs if the standard program is not optimal for you.

What can I expect during a coaching session?

Each session is catered to your specific goals and needs. We'll discuss your desired vision, current status, lifestyle habits, and create actionable steps to help you achieve optimal wellness.

How long does it take to see results from health & wellness coaching?

Results vary depending on factors such as commitment level, existing habits, and the complexity of your goals. Many clients start noticing positive changes within a few weeks to a month of consistent coaching.

Does insurance cover MMS health & wellness coaching?

MMS does not currently accept payment from insurance companies; however, depending on the nature of the health and wellness coaching need services may be eligible for reimbursement through an HSA or FSA. One of the key requirements is obtaining a letter of medical necessity from your physician. The letter should accompany receipts for health coaching expenses when you submit them for reimbursement.

How much does health & wellness coaching cost?

A single coaching session is $99/session; however, we bundle packages to reduce the cost/session. For example, our standard coaching program (8 sessions in 13 weeks) is $579, or less than $79/session to make it more affordable.
